      1. You really microwave the cauli rice for 15 minutes? That still seems like a really long time in the microwave…but I’m definitely willing to try if that is really close to what you do for yours!

      2. It’s a 2 and half pound bag…so it’s the really really large one. I also did mention that every brand of rice and every microwave is different, so experiment to find “the sweet spot” that’s right for your taste. However I do understand the concern.

    1. The first time is always a little messy. Once you’ve done it 2 or 3 times it’s a lot easier.. The rice can always be pre microwaved, and the omelettes can always be done the day before and refrigerated also.
