
With the humidity peaking here in the South, and the Strawberries looking so good, I thought it would be a waste not to capitalize on a refreshing dessert. With only 3 INGREDIENTS and 10 minutes prep time (plus the cooling/freezing time) this tasty dessert can be eaten in 2 different ways.
STRAWBERRY WHIP MOUSSE –
Light, Fluffy, Sophisticated and Luxurious.
STRAWBERRY WHIPSICLE –
Refreshing, Smooth, Icy and Fun!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups diced strawberries
- 1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup stevia/erythritol blend sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS FOR STRAWBERRY WHIP MOUSSE:
- Puree strawberries and sweetener together in blender.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, whip heavy whipping cream with hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Add strawberry puree to whipped cream and lightly fold until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Portion evenly into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- ENJOY!!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR STRAWBERRY WHIPSICLES:
- Puree strawberries and sweetener together in blender.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, whip heavy whipping cream with hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Add strawberry puree to whipped cream and lightly fold until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Portion evenly into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 to 6 hrs.
- ENJOY!!
