  1. Hi. Making the chili with meatballs. Made the meatballs, mixed the wet and dry ingredients separately and now following the make the chili part of the recipe.
    It says to sprinkle the spices over the meat. What meat? Other than the 4 lbs of beef for the meatballs there’s no other meat mentioned. What kind and how much?

  2. Could you tell me the size/weight of the meatballs before cooking or the scoop you use? They look HUGE in the photo, and I thought I might need to halve the recipe, at least the first try.

    I know they can be made whatever size a person wants, but just wondering. Maybe the scoop I already have is large enough.
