I don’t know about you, but speaking for myself, “THE HOLIDAYS” always have me wanting to snack and pick on all the festive goodies.
The secret for me is to always have a good balance of sweet and savory snacks laying around, to keep me out of the danger zone.
This particular treat is going to hit on all levels!
IT’S SWEET, SALTY, CHEWY, CRUNCHY, CHOCOLATEY.
AND BEST OF ALL…….IT HAS BACON!!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 7oz bag LILY’S white chocolate chips
- 1 7oz bag LILY’S milk chocolate chips
- 1 TBSP coconut oil (not the liquid kind)
- 1 4oz bag chopped pecans
- 5 rashers bacon (cooked to your liking)
- Redmonds Real Sea Salt (a pinch) for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Put white chocolate chips and 1/2 TBSP of coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl, and heat for 30 seconds, stir and heat for another 20 seconds or until mixture is pourable.
- Pour evenly onto the parchment paper.
- Repeat with milk chocolate, only this time pouring it over the top of the white chocolate.
- Swirl the 2 chocolates together with a wooden skewer to create the marble pattern.
- Scatter your bacon and chopped pecans evenly onto the surface of your marbled chocolate. Finish off with a pinch of Redmonds Real Salt.
- Refrigerate the chocolate bark until FULLY SET. Break the bark into pieces and SERVE or STORE refrigerated in an airtight container.
