We’ve been getting a lot of people asking us….
Can the Chili and Taco seasonings be made in bulk and what are the ratios of spices?
YES, they can be made in bulk, and often enough, actually save you money and time in the long run.
Now this can obviously be done by calculating the amount of ingredients in a single batch and multiplying it by how many batches you want. But then you have the issue that once it has all been mixed up in bulk, how much do I use of the mixed seasoning in my recipe?
Well, we’ve done the hard work for you!!!

If a person does not like cilantro at all will coriander be the same? If so, can you recommend a sub?

No, coriander powder is made from the dried seeds of the Cilantro/Coriander) plant and then ground into a powder. The leaves as you know can taste soapy to some people, but ground coriander has a warm, slightly citrusy flavor.
