Memphis Style BBQ Rub

Finally….IT’S GRILLING SEASON!!
Here is a classic BBQ RUB that can be used whether your cooking on the grill or on the smoker.
It’s my husbands favorite rub, and he is a BARBECUE FANATIC!
A little sweet, a little smoky, a little heat.
Great on our Slow Smoked Ribs, Pulled Pork and St. Louis Style Pork Steaks.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1/2 cup paprika
• 1/4 cup redmonds salt or 1/2 cup of kosher salt
• 1/4 cup stevia/erythritol blend sweetener
• 1/4 cup chili powder
• 1/4 cup cumin
• 2 TBSP garlic powder
• 2 TBSP onion powder
• 2 TBSP ground black pepper
• 2 TBSP mustard powder
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Mix together well and store in an air-tight container for up to 6 months.
